Bill Pollock is President of Strategies For Growth, a research analyst and advisory consulting firm based in Westtown, Pennsylvania USA. In this role Bill has consulted to more than 300 client organizations throughout the United States, Canada, EMEA and Asia-Pac in areas including strategic services planning, market and survey research, thought leadership content development and presentation, customer satisfaction measurement and tracking, Business Process Evaluation/Re-engineering (BPE/R) and the development of strategic recommendations for improving service performance and customer satisfaction.

Bill has made numerous presentations on services best practices at a variety of major services venues, including multiple WBR/IQPC Conferences, Aberdeen Group’s CSO Summit, The Service Council’s Executive Symposium, Reverse Logistics Conference & Expo, Warranty Chain Management Conference and others.

He has also had more than 250 articles, features and columns published on topics including Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), the intersection of the Internet of Things (IoT) and SLM, Remote Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Warranty Management, Reverse Logistics and others for major services trade publications including 24×7, Bank Management, Field Service Digital (formerly the SmartVan), Field Service News (UK), Field Technologies, Healthcare Technology Management, Integrated SolutionsReverse Logistics, Warranty Week, AFSMI’s Sbusiness and TAWPI’s TODAY, among others.

In February 2015 and 2016, Bill was selected as one of the “Twenty Most Influential People in Field Service” by Field Service News. In May 2015, Switzerland-headquartered Field Service Automation company, Coresystems, named Bill as “One of the Top 10 Field Service Influencers to Follow.”

Previously, Bill has held the positions of President and Chief Research Officer (CRO) at The Service Council; Vice President, Principal Analyst, heading up Aberdeen Group’s Strategic Service Management Practice; and Managing Analyst, Services Industry at Gartner.
